Active Filter - View active families or students only. Ex. Only print mailing labels for families that have at least one student actively enrolled in a class.

Inactive Filter - View inactive families or students only. Ex. Blast out a "We Miss You" email to all families that do not have any active students in class.

Level Filter - Group by user defined levels. Ex. Only print classes for a particular level.

Program Filter - Larger schools love our friendly program filters. Ex. Only print invoices for families that have at least one student enrolled in the Team Program.

Your iClassPro account will automatically create universal ACH files in NACHA format. This means you can say "goodbye" to manually entering in checks every month and "hello" to increased productivity.

How it works:

Upon your customer's written approval, you will enter your customer's account number and routing number into iClassPro.
The routing and account numbers are located at the bottom of his/her check.

At the first of the month or session, you will go to the "Transactions" icon and choose "Autopay".

iClassPro will display a list of customers that meet the following criteria.

1. The customer must have an account balance greater than zero.
2. The office staff must have enabled auto pay and entered routing and bank account information into the family details "Autopay" section located on the family details page.

iClassPro will automatically enter payments for all of your customers and create a universal NACHA file that you can download and take to your bank. Most banks can process your NACHA file and deposit funds into your bank account the next business day.

Billing and invoicing used to be an impossible task for school owners and office managers. Printing and stuffing hundreds of envelopes would take days to finish and several more days to reach clients. The whole process could take up to a week.

Other school owners simply print large "December Tuition Due" signs and hang them on the door just to have the wind and rain tear them down.

Your parents can receive email confirmations of class adds, drops and/or transfers each time a class change is made. This helps eliminate mistakes and keeps your parents in the communication loop.
