Unlike text messaging, customers aren't required to opt in to receiving voice communications. Yet another great communications feature in iClasspro is the Voice Broadcast feature. If you can’t reach your customers by text or email, the Voice Broadcast feature will allow you to contact any wireless or landline with a recorded voice message!
