Online software and applications that help us do our jobs everyday are constantly changing and evolving. There are so many new tools out there, it can be overwhelming to find the right ones for your business.

Here at iClassPro we are always trying new ways to make our work more efficient. Below are just a few  of our favorite tools that simplify getting stuff done. No affiliated links here – just great business tools.



Communication, Communication, Communication! Did you just say your business isn’t using Slack? You need Slack—trust me. Slack is an all in one home-base for company communication, team communication, file sharing, and much, much more. All of your favorite apps are already integrated into Slack: Google Drive, Tello, Dropbox, Twitter, Giphy, Zendesk, OneDrive, and many more.

Social media is such an important part of connecting with your customers these days. Hootsuite is an all in one dashboard for managing all of you social media pages and groups in one place. My favorite feature is the ability to compose one post to be shared across many networks.

Email marketing is one of the most effective marketing tools used over the past decade. Mailchimp is an email marketing management tool that helps you by storing your email list, scheduling and sending emails, and reviewing analytics. Best of all, you can import contacts directly from iClassPro!

Evernote is the online notebook to help you manage your projects. We use Evernote to take notes at meetings and to throw around project ideas. Use Evernote for yourself or add team members and collaborate in your notebook.

Self described on their website as “part spreadsheet, part database, and entirely flexible, teams use Airtable to organize their work, their way.” This all in one, communication, collaboration, to-do list, spreadsheet, gallery, and database is a great tool for any project your business may have. Trello is a online project management software that is similar in some ways to AirTable. While AirTable is good for those looking for a fully customizable organization method, Trello is a bit more structured. Within Trello, you can have organizations, boards, lists, and cards. Trello integrates things like Jira, Google Drive, and even aforementioned Slack.
