We’ve updated payment refund options to be more convenient for your customers!
As many of you know, customers sometimes request refunds for classes, camps, parties, and other purchases. Occasionally the customer may want the refund given to them in a different method than what they originally paid with.
Previously, you could only refund customers with their original payment method but with our “Issue a Merchant Refund” screen update you now have the ability to issue refunds in different ways. This means that unless the original payment is cash (in which case, the only refund option is cash), you can manually choose to refund the customer in credit, check, or cash.
