Updater Set to Run on Monday, October 18

With our recent improvements to the functionality regarding Inactive Classes and Active Enrollments, we updated the iClassPro application to automatically drop Active enrollments when a class has been made Inactive. This update will reconcile enrollment counts within the dashboard and reports to reflect accurate “current enrollment numbers.”
If you are currently setting classes as Inactive for a billing workaround, please be aware that on October 18, 2021, we will run a system updater that will result in a loss of enrollments for any classes marked as Inactive. To prevent loss of enrollments, please set the classes to Active and disable billing prior to us running the updater.
How to check for Active enrollments in Inactive classes:
- Go to Class Enrollments on the Enrollments page/tab
- Expand the class filters group and select "Inactive"
- Look for enrollments Active during the current day (default)
- Use QuickEdit to make the enrollments active/disable billing
