Today, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, iClassPro will begin to phase out access to the Customer Portal via Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge Legacy browsers. We recommend that you encourage your customers to switch to another supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari when accessing the Customer Portal via their laptop or desktop computer. Please note that this will not affect any customers accessing the Customer Portal via their mobile phones using the Branded App or iClassPro App.
This change is a result of Microsoft’s decision to no longer support Internet Explorer 11, its older versions, and Microsoft Edge Legacy versions in the near future.
