Staff can now easily refer back to enrollment confirmation emails received by family members for new enrollments, drops, and/or transfers. This also includes class/camp cancelations. And we’ve also added a new, convenient “magnifying glass” icon for enrollment confirmation email types to help you view details at a glance.
Please note that this update focuses on automated transactional emails initiated via the Customer Portal and Mobile App as they relate to enrollment confirmations. Future updates will add this ability for email blasts and/or other transactional emails (such as statements, etc.).
