Custom fields now display in the Customer Portal during online registration!

How convenient would it be if your customers could enter their own information in Family and Student Custom Fields? And how awesome would it be if customers were required to fill out these custom fields during online registration? Well, we're excited to tell you that both are now possible via the Customer Portal!

Previously, details in custom fields such as Student Nickname, Family Vehicle, or Favorite Snack could only be added by your staff. With this update, new customers can enter custom fields during the online registration process and your existing customers can update information as needed.

Please note that editable Family and Student Custom Fields are not yet supported by the Mobile App but there are plans to make this possible in the future.
