    We’re excited to announce that we’re making some awesome visual updates to your online payment form! All functionalities and payment fields will remain the same, but you and your customers will enjoy an overall cleaner, more modern design that's customized to match your brand! 

    What’s new?

    Better branding. A strong brand identity is essential, and with this update, you can stay consistent by having your logo and signature color on your payment form. 

    A clean, modern design. Fonts and shapes will be updated giving the payment form a clean, simple design. The form is also fully responsive with mobile devices, making the page easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and devices.


    And more than just a new look, we redesigned your new and improved online payment form with you and your customers in mind. As always, iClassPro continually works to provide each and every one of our customers with the highest-quality product and service to help you get back to doing what you love, and we’re excited that this update will only improve your iClassPro experience and the experience for your customers.

    Also, in an effort to help eliminate any questions your customers may have when they see the new payment form, we recommend you communicate this update to them at least two weeks prior to August 24. Please see below for messaging that can be used to help with this communication and be sure to place it in areas where you know your customers won’t miss it!

    • Place the message on your school’s bulletin board or front desk
    • Add the message to the “News” section of your Customer Portal (Click here for help with adding an announcement) 
    • Send an email to your customers (Click here for help with creating your custom email template)

    Starting August 24, 2021, you’ll notice that making a payment using our Customer Portal will look a little different. No need to be alarmed, the payment form has just been given a facelift.
