Important Privacy Changes Coming To Skill Tracking

We have added a new setting to skill tracking, this flag will turn on and make public all comments on skill evaluations. This includes all skill evaluations that have been done previously. In a separate update following this, we will be bringing skill tracking to the Customer Portal. These comments will be visible to parents and customers by default. Please turn off comments if you do not wish to expose any previously recorded comments meant for staff only. You can find this setting at the top of the Skill Tracking settings (navigate to Settings > Setup > General Settings > Skill Tracking), labelled: "Enable Comments on Evaluations (Visible To Customers)" as seen below:
