Responsive Customer Portal

We are pleased to announce a new update to our Customer Portal. As part of our commitment to connecting you with your customers, our Customer Portal will now be responsive! This makes your Customer Portal easier to use on a tablet or phone.


What’s Changing?

If you’re accessing the Customer Portal from a desktop computer, you’ll notice no new changes. Everything is exactly where it was before. We’ve made a few changes that adapt the existing content to fit better on devices with small screens (i.e. phones and tablets). The navigation menu that is normally displayed on the left side of the screen will collapse into a drop down menu at the top of the screen when displayed on mobile devices. You can access and expand this menu by tapping on the arrow on the right side of the menu as displayed below:



We hope that this change makes it easier than ever for your customers to connect with your business. This update will roll out on Thursday, July 27 and will immediately be available to all of your customers.
