We’re excited to announce that we’ve enhanced our Drop Request function to give you the ability to control how many days in advance a customer can submit a drop request.
Previously, you did not have the option to limit the number of days a customer had to notify you of a drop so, with this new setting, you can ensure that your facility receives adequate advanced notice allowing you to prepare accordingly.
We’ve also relocated the Allow Drop setting from General Settings to the more appropriate Class Settings page. You can now find the Allow Drop setting under "Settings > Customer Portal > Other Settings > Class Registration".
