Choose the appropriate charge category as it was originally set up under the Auto-Charge Scheduler feature.
Allows you to select a Single Select Charge Category for all auto-created class tuition charges until you decide to manually change it.
Choosing the Month-to-Month Charge Category will prompt the system to automatically select the appropriate charge category based on the first billable class date.
Define your own schedule to change the Charge Category to be used for all auto-created Class Tuition Charges.
