Last year, iClassPro unveiled a new feature that revolves around the world of appointment booking. iClassPro’s Appointments feature enables your organization to book added services such as private lessons, individual or team assessments, recurring or one-time sessions and more in a snap! Whether your staff offers 1-on-1 training, semi-private lessons, or group lessons - we’re confident that appointments can be a game-changer for every type of children’s activity center out there.
Initially introduced as a part of our mobile-friendly customer portal, we’re excited to announce that iClassPro’s appointment feature has officially been added to our mobile iClassPro app interfaces! This means that whatever services you’re offering - classes, camps or appointments - your customers can now book them all online or easily right in the app. It’s a seamless journey from beginning to end for your parents & families. All they have to do is choose bookings in the app, find an appointment, schedule and check out! Staff can even set up automated email reminders and follow-ups for added convenience.
Our new appointments feature is being offered to all iClassPro customers to try for free through 2023.
