About the Company
iClassPro is probably not the type of business you would expect to find in Longview, Texas - widely known for its piney woods, hot air balloons, railway and oil industry. It was certainly game-changing news for our team to be named as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2023 by Inc. Magazine!
Founded in 2008 under the leadership of owner and CEO Chris McNabb, iClassPro is a software company that researches, develops, promotes and supports specialized business management software that is used by children’s activity centers around the globe.
Prior to 2008, McNabb's primary job was owning and operating a local gymnastics business. After researching popular software on the market, he found that he wasn’t satisfied with the outdated solutions that were available. Ultimately, he made the decision to start recruiting employees to form his own in-house solution.
Our first startup employees came to him from some pretty unlikely places; a few programmers from a local computer store, a salesman handing out flyers in a parking lot, and even a graphics expert eating lunch at a hot dog stand! Perhaps it was fate.
Continued Growth
With a little luck, the right people, and a ton of faith and determination – McNabb’s team has grown from a handful of talented individuals in the corner office of a bank building, to one of the nation’s fastest-growing businesses with 15 years of experience under our belt. In fact, as iClassPro wraps up a recent round of construction to add an elevator, second floor office spaces and virtually doubling the size of the parking lot – we’re scheduled to break ground on an addition to our headquarters to add much-needed office space for our growing team.
Alongside the need to serve our ever-growing customer base, much of our team’s recent expansion can be attributed to opening up specialized marketing, research, app development and data analytics roles for ongoing projects.

Product Overview
iClassPro Class Management Software has served as the foundation of growth and innovation for the company for over 15 years. The software offers a full suite of features for youth-based activity centers supporting a variety of booking options, managing customer data, secure payment processing, skill tracking, attendance and much more. iClassPro’s customers spend their days teaching youth about hard work, skills and determination in fields such as gymnastics, swimming, cheer and dance.
The secret to our success, so far? Our staff is driven by the core philosophy that our role is to help activity center owners (like McNabb, circa 2008) grow and manage their operations more efficiently, so that they can get out of the office and do more of what they’re passionate about.
