For your security and to ensure full compatibility with our platform, iClassPro requires that all Payment Services users utilize our pre-approved and supported payment equipment. Our devices are pre-configured to work seamlessly with your account and offer a better overall experience — including secure processing, system automation, and streamlined support.
How long does it take to get set up with your merchant services?
Once the merchant application is completed, most new accounts are set up within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that processing of the application could be delayed if the application is flagged for additional review or if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
How long does it take to start processing payments?
Once your merchant application is approved, you will receive a notification that your account is ready to process credit card or direct debit transactions immediately.
When will I receive funds in my bank account from credit card transactions?
Standard merchant funding times take 2-3 business days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please consult the Knowledgebase or contact a representative for a more detailed example of our funding schedule. Faster funding may be available based on additional factors and approval.
When will my merchant processing fees be debited from my account?
