The best gymnastics gym management software out there! We have been with iClassPro for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better and better. We recently integrated our website and got our branded app up and running and they have already paid for themselves! We run our entire operations with 2 locations and over 1500 families using iClassPro and we would be lost without it!

Happy iClassPro user! I really like the easy-to-use layout on both the administrator and user sides. iClassPro offers a lot of very useful reporting tools as well as the ability to have employees clock in and out directly through the kiosk. My favorite feature is the email log where we can verify whether customers have viewed our emails to ensure effective communication either directly to a customer or through the mass email feature.

By far the best program for running our facility. I have been with iClassPro since 2007. No other class management system offers as many features and keeps their prices so reasonable. I always love researching other class management software companies at dance and gymnastics conventions because after talking to them, I always feel reconfirmed that I have made the right choice being with iClassPro! Easy to setup and train others to use. Constantly improving.

iClassPro is perfect. The dashboard is easy to follow and the portal that the parents use is appealing and user-friendly. As far as our back-end, it’s extremely functional. From class rosters, to merchant services, to generating reports...it’s everything we need.

Overall the software is great, it manages the students charges and families with ease. It never gives me any trouble, there are no significant bugs, and small ones get fixed once the team is notified.
