In 2013 Kids First felt a need to reevaluate its classroom management program. To establish the best provider Company we looked at (1) the parents’ user experience; (2) the program’s built-in marketing capabilities; (3) the program’s ability to enroll online and live; and (4) the program’s ability to ‘conform’ to our long established operating procedures. iClassPro was a ‘hands-down’ winner in the first three categories. We struggled with number four. That is, we struggled until we concluded that it was Kids First who needed to modernize its procedures! We have now made that change and are very happy to report our front office expenses are down 16% year over year. Thank You iClass Pro!

Great tech support from Tyler and Justin! Our parents were having issues viewing their child's class skills. They solved our issue as promptly as possible, and followed up with questions to figure out the cause. And though it was tricky at first, they didn't automatically assume it was the users error. I've been with IClassPro for 14 years. I've watched the company grow, and the quality of services grow right along with it. Customer service is top notch. Seriously, 14 years and I've never had anything but the best support from seasoned, experienced, knowledgeable experts on every call. I asked them for several different features to be considered, and they did. The community feature that allows you to request updates, and also see what updates are being made, which ones are done, and how to access them, is amazing. iClassPro is the best software out there for gym management. Whether you are a cheer gym, gymnastics gym, or recreational tumbling facility they have you covered. The software is easy to use and their onboarding staff will make sure you are a pro at iclass by the end of your training. Customer support is fantastic and always available to help with any questions. I am so happy I made the switch to iClass for my business.

The knowledge base is great, and staff is available by phone if you need a work-around. Phone support is always friendly and helpful!
