We decided to move over to iClassPro as our current system was becoming too complicated to manage as our business continued to grow…we have not looked back!

iClassPro has streamlined our enrollment process significantly and allowed us to fill spaces much quicker, in turn our customers are on wait lists for a significantly shorter period of time and enjoying our classes much sooner than they were previously. Accessing family and student information is now much faster, as is the time is takes to contact members when we have to change / cancel classes.

It did take us quite a while to set the system up as our current business model did not match the way in which the software works exactly, however the iClassPro support team were extremely helpful during this time and helped us to implement the system in the best way possible.

As with all software there are a few niggles which could be improved, however on the rare occasion when we have had a problem which was more serious, these have always been rectified very quickly and professionally by the support team. We would certainly recommend iClassPro to any sports clubs/businesses who wish to take their business to the next level.

In 2013 Kids First felt a need to reevaluate its classroom management program. To establish the best provider Company we looked at (1) the parents’ user experience; (2) the program’s built-in marketing capabilities; (3) the program’s ability to enroll online and live; and (4) the program’s ability to ‘conform’ to our long established operating procedures. iClassPro was a ‘hands-down’ winner in the first three categories. We struggled with number four. That is, we struggled until we concluded that it was Kids First who needed to modernize its procedures! iClassPro has all the features we need and an interface that's easy to use! We were apprehensive about switching over, but iClass walked us through every step of the way. Features like automated enrollment confirmation emails and the ability to send text messages to families have saved us a lot of time, and we like how intuitive and easy the web portal is for parents to use. iClassPro's support staff is top notch and always a quick call away; they have gone above and beyond to help us with every question. We feel like we're using state of the art software and we know it will be evolving over time to remain on the cutting edge.

WOGA's decision to convert to iClassPro has been an absolute blessing! The initial apprehension of learning an entirely new program was quickly replaced with relief, as iClassPro is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Attaining our iClassPro parent portal system has been amazing. We used to display an HTML page or PDF that a client had to read and try to find the age specific and type of class we offered and it would not tell them if it had an opening. The parent portal allows the parent to view live classes by filtering their child's age, day they want to attend, type and description of class, and if it has an opening quickly and accurately. The instant information our new clients receive saves us hours of phone conversations and website updating. Thank you iClassPro, for providing us this amazing tool.

iClassPro has tripled the efficiency and productivity at our gym. I knew our old system needed to be replaced, but I did not realize what a severe handicap it was until we started using iClassPro.

We have been using Zip Gym for the past 5 years, to manage our facility of 600 families, and what a great program it is.
