Founded in 2008 by CEO Chris McNabb, iClassPro began with one goal: to simplify operations for class-based businesses.
Our flagship software was built to support gymnastics, swim, cheer, and dance schools. Today, it helps thousands of children's activity centers operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.
What started in Longview, Texas, has steadily grown into a global software company serving both activity centers and seasonal camps. We’ve expanded with purpose, staying focused on reducing administrative work so owners and educators in the youth activity space can focus on what matters most.
Our growth is fueled by continuous innovation and the strong relationships we’ve built with customers who inspire us every day. We’re proud to support those shaping the next generation through sports, movement, and meaningful connections — whether through iClassPro or iCampPro, our dedicated camp management software introduced in 2019 to simplify registration, staffing, and camper communication for overnight and seasonal camps.

Bookkeeping headaches? Solved. The 2024 launch of QuickBooks on Autopilot was a real time-saver!
The integration connects iClassPro with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online. It saves hours of manual data entry and reduces room for human error. This results in better books, clearer reporting, and less tax-time stress.

Our vision for this project? Helping schools and businesses set it and forget it. We’re working side-by-side with class businesses to fine-tune billing workflows so they can be as hands-off as possible.

From our first corner office with a small team, we have grown steadily. We’re gearing up for a new expansion to our headquarters, expected to open this November!
